energy* from November to March, we charge energy consumption separately because the heating of the house will significantly affect the low rental price. You pay 100 euros deposit for energy for one week and we will return you the unused portion based on the actual cost of your consumption after your stay (we do not increase the energy price in any way).
The price includes: 1x set of bed linen, towels, all energies, unlimited internet and 21% VAT plus diverse fees.
The price does not include: obligatory final cleaning/ linen washing at cost of 70 EUR.
Apart of the possibility to rent a car from one of the local rental companies, we offer our older but well maintained car (Fiat Punto Grande) with all insurances and extended assistance, parked at the Alghero airport, which can be at your disposal during the entire period of your stay. Using our car is a subject to a mutual agreement on the conditions. Click HERE for more details.
Detailed guide about functioning of the house, such as check in, electro appliances and waste sorting will be sent to you upon final payment and is at the disposal in the villetta.

30% deposit to secure booking
70% balance payable 4 weeks before arrival date
Use of deposit for another date by agreement
Refunds
100% when cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival
50% when cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival
Transfer of dates/use of deposit for another date by agreement.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: All forfeits, unless another visitor is found for the same duration (full refund minus 140 EUR fee). Some guests consider purchasing separate cancellation insurance from their bank.
