Beach San Pietro a Mare (5 min walk), which is a popular destination for swimmers when the sea is calm and when the wind comes for kiters and surfers.
The nearest town Valledoria is 1.5 km from the house and it has all the necessary infrastructure throughout the whole year (bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a bank, post office, medical guard, pharmacy etc.)
The Alghero airport 73km (about 1h 10 mins by car) and the Olbia airport 82 km (about 1 hr 20 mins) from the house.
