A rare combination of sea, forest, sandy beach, privacy of own garden and relaxed pace of life – this and much more offers our family villetta “The Coral Star” in northern Sardinia.
Our house suitable for 4+ 1 persons is located in the middle of a peaceful and green neighborhood called La Pineta, just a couple of minutes’ walk through pine and eucalyptus forest to a beautiful 15 km long white sandy beach. The nearest Alghero airport is 73km from the house.
The location is perfect for couples, families, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and individuals in search of a retreat or to telework.

The Coral Star is a cosy and well-equipped semidetached house with 3 facades, a renovated living room with a new kitchen and 2 bedrooms, relaxation area in a large private garden with a terrace, a garden house, dining table under pergola, outside shower, hammocks, and own parking space.
Our Story
We are an international family with two teenagers with backgrounds from Czech Republic, United Kindom, Trinidad & Tobago, and the United States.
After living and working in New York and Brussels for more than 20 years, and travelling extensively, we have recently fulfilled our dream to have a place for escape and recharge by the sea- a small house we call “The Coral Star” in northern Sardinia.
Sea, sun and unspoilt green nature are for us a cure for all ailments and bad moods. Sardinia has enchanted us straight away and we consider it as one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean. We go there for beach or active holidays but also for teleworking or individual retreat to break from the routine of busy working and family life.
We offer our little house in unused weeks based on trust and friendly principle without intermediaries to our friends and acquaintances and their friends and acquaintances who prefer a similar style of accommodation in the middle of nature, with privacy of a large garden and steps from the sea. We are not a commercial accommodation provider, this activity contributes to the annual operating costs at a fair price corresponding to the season, the value, and the location. All prices include 21% VAT and diverse fees which we pay to the State and the house is officially registered at the Ministry of Tourism for short term rentals under the national identification number CIN IT090079C2000R5836.
We are happy to help with planning your visit, including sharing our car and advise on transportation, airline tickets or ferry, where to eat and what to do during your holiday and be in contact during your stay for any questions.
